It is also used to make butter, ghee, kheer, ice cream mix, Rabadi, and other value-added milk products. Fitted with PTFE lined scraper, geared motor, and ARV&SRV product outlet valve, strainer, and steam trap. It is available in 100,150, and 200litre volume capacities.
