YOUTELECOM  ARE REAL CHEATERS

I had there connection for about 5-6yrs.Now,as I have shifted to another place,where there connection is not possible,I am since last 5 months continuously asking for security refund from MR.PRAHALAD.He promised,,that it will done in a day or two BUT---After promising, Modem refund is not done,still I have got the refund receipt with me.The attitude of the staff is not good as well.

EVEN DURING MY CONNECTION,I Had a very bad experience with you broad band.  I took annual plan and at least once a week I had to call Customer care and raise a complaint. .   
I would like to share one of the many incidents that took place. I had raise a complaint many times,saying my connection is not working. They gave me a complaint number and said it will be fixed in 24 working hours. Then I called them after a 5days to ask the status. They said they haven’t fixed the problem yet. I yelled at them and they said that they have== moved to the high priority queue . They promised me that the problem will be fixed in 1 working day. 
But to my dismay it didn’t happen .

I strongly suggest everybody not to go for YOUTELECOM
