Irrespective of the service the customer chooses our basic materials like plywood, Block board, and other Hardware materials remain the same as specified for INSIDE STORY projects. The difference in the costing is primarily due to finishes.

Cost Parameters:

The Basic package will cost approximately between 3.5 lakhs* to 4.5 lakhs* for a 2 BHK and between 4.5 lakhs* to 5.5 lakhs* for a 3 BHK.

Carpentry Items:

For Basic Package we recommend customers to go in for the following carpentry items:

* Modular Kitchen (without HOB & Chimney)
* Standard wardrobe sizes- 3 shutter or 2 shutter sliding wardrobes for bedrooms
* Mirrors& glass shelf in the Toilets
* Curtain Rods for all windows
* Wallpapers (as the design requirement)
