After being polluted by vanadium, low melting point compounds will be partially formed at high temperature, which will cause the catalyst to stick and form large particles, which will affect the normal fluidization of the catalyst in the device. Compared with the fresh agent, the specific surface area of the balance agent decreases; the pore volume also decreases due to clogging; the bulk density increases. The particle size distribution of FCC reactivated balance catalyst , as a key control index of the cracking catalyst, has a great influence on the fluidization performance and reaction performance of the catalyst. The particle size distribution of the equilibrium catalyst is the most important factor in a fluidized system.
