Job Qualifications:
• Graduate and License Civil Engineer or Architect
• With at least 2-5 year experience in land development and housing project
• Required Skills: Project Management, Extensive Construction Experience, Communication Proficiency and
Problem Solving Skills
• Employment Status: Regular

• WORKSCHED: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm

Key Responsibilities
• The Engineering Manager shall be the overall-in-charge of Land Survey, Planning and Design, Implementation of
• Horizontal and Vertical Projects and all other project undertaken by the department.
• Innovates or research best industry practices for possible application.
• Coordinates with various consultants for conceptualization/design and working drawing of model houses, amenities, commercial buildings and other structure with consideration to budget, concepts and deadline.
